This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Hotspan Labs website and governs the circumstances under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in
the same condition in which they were received. Items must also be returned in
their original packaging.
Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to products that
have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or marked as final sale.
Return Timeframe
Return requests must be submitted within
30 days of the delivery
date. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund or
exchange.
How to Request a Refund

the request. Our support team will provide return instructions if your request
is approved.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval
or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a
credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and may take
several business days to appear on your statement.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error
on our part (such as an incorrect or defective item). You may be responsible for
return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within
7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve
the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability. If an
exchange is approved, replacement items will be shipped once the original item
has been received and inspected.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once
an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return
